With accident claims and compensation claims in general there is a great deal of "blame-claim" culture. Some people believe that from the smallest injury, if there is someone else to blame then there is a chance for a claim. This is a negative aspect of the compensation claim system which is there to assist people that genuinely need help due to an accident.
