D is for...

is for DEFECTIVE.

If a product you have bought becomes defective then you could be eligible to pursue accident claims for damages. Any product can develop a fault such as electrical goods exploding, a walking stick breaking whilst in use or mechanical faults stopping cars from operating properly. If you suffer a personal injury due to a defective product you should report the fault to the manufacturer, take photos of the faulty product and if possible also keep the product.
