With any accident at work personal injury claim, or any type of injury claim, there is a claim process that needs to be followed:

Initial consultation with lawyer:

Questions asked about the accident and injury, a letter send to the Defendant, a medical view on the injuries will be obtained, a schedule of lose will be prepared which will be sent to the other side.

If the claim is accepted:                                                  

A compensation claim will be negotiated and the claim is settled.

If the claim is disputed:

The case goes to Court.

If the Court case is won:     

Compensation will be rewarded.

If the Court case is lose:

The case is lost but you will not have to pay costs.
