V is for...





is for VIBRATION.







Vibration white finger is a form of repetitive strain injury (RSI) that can be suffered at work due to the prolonged use of vibrating equipment and machinery such as power tools, some examples of which are pneumatic drills, jack hammers, sanders, chainsaws and lawn mowers. This, as with any RSI, is a work related illness that classes as an accident at work and could lead to a compensation claim.
