Workers Loses Two Fingers in Accident at Work

A worker at a food tray sealing company received £3,500 compensation after suffering an accident at work that resulted in him losing two of his fingers.

The worker in question was polishing a piece of metal that was spinning on a lathe when his right hand was pulled into the machinery resulting in the loss of two fingers. It was found that the worker had not received any training on how to perform this task which was a breach of health and safety, which resulted in a successful claim for personal injury.

Have a look at this site if you need to make a claim for personal injury Birmingham.
