People Unaware of Compensation for Road Accidents

I read an interesting bit on road accidents and compensation claims which said that almost a third of people that have been involved in some sort of road accident did not know that they may be entitled to compensation.

It wasn't just drivers though as passengers, pedestrians, motorcyclists and cyclists that made suffered a personal injury on the road didn't know they could make a compensation claim.
