Weaker Necks?...Or More Fraud?

Just a quick post today but a rather telling one of the state of the whiplash culture in the UK. The president of breakdown specialists The AA said...

'We have fewer crashes than all of
Europe but more claims. We either have weaker
necks — or there’s more fraud.'

This is a telling statement about how many people make false whiplash claims in the UK and there is a compensation claim culture when people aren’t really in need. Claims for personal injury because of whiplash are there for people that need them and shouldn’t be automatically made. Because in reference to that quote, I’m sure we haven’t really got weaker necks than our other European friends.
